A NEW business centre in the heart of Didcot is set to give a boost to the town’s economy.
Up to 30 people working for 16 small companies could soon be based at the Thames Business Advice Centre, in Market Place, which was officially opened by South Oxfordshire District Council chief executive David Buckle.
Taxi company Go Green has moved its office into the centre, while a string of other small businesses have looked round the premises, which already house the Oxford Mail district office.
Thames Business Advice Centres, a not-for-profit company, already has six centres across Oxfordshire with more than 100 units for small and growing businesses.
