A 16-year-old Italian student was elbowed in the face and his bag stolen in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.
The teen, who was visiting a friend, was approached by a bald, white man who attacked him in Willow Way and made off with his bag.
Blackbird Leys Sgt Rob Axe said: “It is a terrible thing for the young lad to have gone through, particularly as he is a visitor to the area.”
