ALMOST 500 people turned out in Wantage to help raise money for wounded heroes.
Soll Leisure staff at Wantage Leisure Centre hosted the fun day in aid of Help for Heroes on Sunday, with jousting, a barbecue, raffle, face painting and live music among the attractions.
People could also have a go at trampolining, gymnastics, swimming and football.
There was also a flypast by members of 612 Volunteers Gliding Squadron, from Dalton Barracks.
Organiser Josh Wood, 21, events manager at the centre, said about £500 was raised for the good cause.
