TWO men have been fined a total of £1,500 after dumping waste at the roadside.
Dawid Rzepka, 24, of Rookery Way, Bicester, admitted illegal dumping off Blackgrove Road, near Waddesdon, Bucks, after he found a waste recycling centre shut.
Aylesbury magistrates were told that Rzepka was traced after his name and address was found on some of the rubbish.
Rzepka claimed he left sacks of rubbish at a gate for waste staff to pick up.
He was fined £250 and told to pay costs of £900 and a £15 victim surcharge.
Lee Quarterman, 46, of Chinnor Road, Thame, also admitted illegally dumping waste on two occasions.
Rubbish found dumped on the A4129 near Kingsey, Bucks, in March last year and January this year was traced back to Quarterman.
He was fined £500 for the dumping last year and £750 for the offence in January, and was ordered to pay costs of £1,425 and a £15 victim surcharge.
