Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was injured in a rush-hour collision in Oxford.
At about 7.50am yesterday, a collision occurred between a blue Volkswagen Passat estate and a pedestrian at the junction of the A420 West Way with North Hinksey Lane, Botley, Oxford.
The male pedestrian was injured and taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital. He has since been discharged.
Police are appealing to any witnesses to the collision, in particular the occupants of a Transit-style van, with orange crew-cab and grey or silver flat tipper-style back, that was in the vicinity, to contact PC Ed Crofts at Abingdon Roads Policing base, on 08458 505505.
