Two soldiers who died in the Afghanistan conflict will be repatriated to the UK tomorrow.
Cpl Taniela Tolevu Rogoiruwai, and Kingsman Ponipate Tagitaginimoce, from 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment, were killed in separate incidents in southern Afghanistan last Tuesday.
Members of the public and the Royal British Legion will line Headley Way in Headington as the cortege passes at about 3.30pm.
The bodies of the two soldiers are being flown to RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire before being driven to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for a post mortem.
