Wesley Chiddington, 26, of Williamson Way, Oxford, admitted being carried in a motor vehicle taken without consent in Nowell Road, Oxford, on April 25. Given 40 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £40 costs.
Nicholas Cross, 46, of Hilltop, Long Crendon, admitted using an HGV in contravention of a 7.5-tonne weight limit in Harwell Road, Sutton Courtenay, on October 27. Fined £250, £125 costs and £15 victims’ surcharge.
Chrispian Morris, 36, of McCabe Place, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the community requirements of a community order by removing a curfew-monitoring device on April 18. The curfew was extended and he was ordered to pay £60 costs.
Abdullah Poor, 22, of Williamson Way, Oxford, convicted of failing to comply with the community requirements of a community order by failing to work as instructed on November 5. Given an additional 10 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £30 costs.
Kofoworoza Akioya, 40, of Rosedale Road, Swindon, convicted of attempting to travel by rail without paying a fare at Didcot on January 22. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £17.50 compensation to FGW and £110 costs.
David Bonner, 26, of Bourne Street, Didcot, admitted attempting to travel by rail without paying a fare at Cholsey on January 12. Fined £65, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £3.30 compensation to FGW and £110 costs.
David Crossland, 21, of Wantage Road, Didcot, convicted of attempting to travel by rail without paying a fare at Didcot on October 2. Fined £150, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £6.30 compensation to FGW and £110 costs.
Bruno Matias, 24, of Dene Road, Oxford, convicted of attempting to travel by rail without paying a fare at Oxford on December 6. Fined £200, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £24 compensation and £110 costs.
Eric Smith, 21, of Radnor Road, Wallingford, convicted of attempting to travel by rail without paying a fare at Didcot on October 16. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £5 compensation to FGW and £110 costs.
Daniel Cattanach, 34, of Leaver Road, Henley-on-Thames, admitted drink driving in Reading Road, Henley, on April 27. Namely having 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £400, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. He was banned from driving for 14 months.
Peter Fox, 21, of Luker Avenue, Henley-on-Thames, admitted criminal damage to a pane of glass valued at £100 at the Catherine Wheel pub in Henley on April 24 and criminal damage to a custody cell in Abingdon on April 25. Fined £100, with a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £190 compensation and £85 costs.
Steven Fraser, 46, of Leon Close, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on April 5. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £50 costs.
Myles La-Pierre, 19, of Leverton Street, London, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 1. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Terry Butler, 20, of Ladenham Road, Oxford, admitted going equipped for theft with a pair of bolt croppers in Oxford on April 27 and failing to surrender to court bail on May 7. Given a six-week curfew.
Darren Brady, 26, of Greenhill, Oxford, admitted shoplifting three Easter eggs valued at £23.37 from Martins newsagents in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, on March 30. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £23.37 compensation.
Martin Ahronson, 40, of no fixed address, convicted of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on April 1. Also admitted a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay£20 costs.
Edwin Thomas, 49, of Windmill Road, Oxford, convicted of using violence to secure entry to a premises knowing there was someone present opposed to entry in Headley Way, Oxford, on November 28. Fined £100, £200 costs, a £15 victims’ surcharge and ordered to pay £150 compensation.
BANBURY Leon Billington, 56, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting alcohol valued at £9.98 from Morrisons in Banbury on May 22. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Sam Cooper, 18, of Valence Crescent, Witney, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Carterton on May 8. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £45 costs.
Clive Sewart, 59, of Montgomery Road, Caversfield, admitted drink driving in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on April 11. Namely having 140 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Banned from driving for 13 months.
Abdul Shan, 21, of Walton Road, Woking, admitted shoplifting two pairs of Timberland boots from the Timberland Store in Bicester on May 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Jonathan Stear, 27, of Waterworks Lane, Hennet Way, Banbury, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Banbury on May 11. Given a supervision order.
Oliver Thomas, 26, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted £500 of criminal damage to a VW Polo in Banbury on May 18. Jailed for 14 days due to previous record and the fact he is already a serving prisoner.
