Business park operator MEPC has celebrated 25 years at Milton Park by hosting a party for occupiers.
Eighty senior executives from the estate attended a canapé and Champagne lunch at the Innovation Centre, home to the new offices of the MEPC onsite management team.
James Dipple, managing director for MEPC Milton Park, said: “It has been 25 years since MEPC acquired Milton Park and we wanted to mark this occasion and our move to one of the most prestigious buildings on the estate.
“Previously an army depot, Milton Park has, under our stewardship, become recognised as the premier business and science community in the south east of England and one of the largest business estates in Europe.
“In our 25 years we have developed one million square feet of commercial space, and introduced some industry leading innovation.
“With sustainability at the core of our strategy, we have created an environment which encourages, informs and assists businesses to be responsible for their impact on the environment.
“We will continue, in the next 25 years, enhancing the environment at Milton Park to maintain our world class offering and position as the best business and science community in the UK.”
