Adrian Flint, 20, of Woodhill Drive, Grove, admitted racially aggravated harassment and threat to damage property at Grove, on May 18. Given a restraining order, placed under curfew for 12 weeks. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation, and £85 costs.

Raymond Ayres, 47, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on October 27, 2009, by failing to work as instructed on December 7, 2009. Two original offences of committing arson by damaging a recycling bin by fire on March 16, 2009, re-sentenced. Given a community order to attend appointments with a responsible officer and carry out unpaid work for 50 hours within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 costs.

Ross Chitock, 23, of John Jones Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order, by failing to attend unpaid work on April 9. Back on Track activity added for five days, and ordered to pay £50 costs.

Delroy Johns, 34, of Sandy Lane, Blackbird Leys, admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels worth £45.04 at Tesco, Abingdon, on November 16. Ordered to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work, and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Nicholas Abott, 50, of Catmore Close, Grove, Wantage, admitted assault on April 10, in Wantage. Fined £400, ordered to pay £30 compensation, £85 costs, and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Lea Norton, 21, of Pagisters Road, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on March 11 in Haddon Hill, Didcot. Found to have 119 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Banned for 12 months, fined £290, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Gordon Collins, 30, of Stockham Park, Wantage, admitted possessing cocaine on March 27. Fined £210, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also admitted drink driving on March 27, in Portway, Wantage. Found to have 267 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Banned for 36 months and fined £210.

Philip Chadbone, 60, of Chestnut Avenue, Headington, found guilty of driving other than in accordance with a licence in Barton Lane, Oxford, on February 16. Fined £40, ordered to pay 365 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Ernest Roszczyic, 25, of Brook View, Oxford, found guilty of driving without due care and attention in London Road, Headington, on December 17. Fined £150, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Ellis Cooke, 32, of admitted stealing a bottle of Baileys worth £13.96 on April 21, from Co-op in Botley. Fined £125, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Adam Jefferies, 21, of Wasbrough Avenue, Stockham Park, Wantage, admitted failing to comply with a community order to attend unpaid work on April 24. Ten hours unpaid work added and order extended by six months.

Steven England, 33, of Foxborough Road, Radley, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Kennington Road, Radley on September 30. Found to have 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned for 20 months, fined £230, ordered to pay £225 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also found guilty of driving without due care and attention. Fined £125.

James Agyei, 32, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted driving without due care and attention at Didcot Railway Station on December 5. Fined £70, given six penalty points, ordered to pay £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Thomas Hedges, 37, of Mill Lane, South Moreton, Didcot, admitted speeding in The Street, Moulsford on October 14, travelling at 40mph in a 30mph zone.

Given three penalty points, fined £120, ordered to pay £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Sarah Lay, 41, of Netherton Road, Appleton, Abingdon, admitted speeding in Lamborough Hill, Wootton, on December 4. Found to be travelling at 38mph in a 30mph zone. Given three penalty points. Fined £80, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

David Hughes, 59, of Carterton Mobile Home Park, Carterton, admitted driving without due care and attention in St Aldate’s on December 10. Given four penalty points, fined £170, £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

OXFORD

Aaron Brandon, 20, of Warbler Walk, Oxford, was found guilty of driving other than in accordance with a licence on the Northern Bypass on March 15, also found guilty of driving without third-party insurance. Banned from driving for nine months, fined £50, ordered to pay £50 costs and a victims’ surcharge.

Patrick Masih, 40, of Sunningwell Road, Oxford, admitted four counts of receiving stolen goods, between June 2009, and February 2010. Ordered to carry out 140 hours’ unpaid work and pay £85 costs.

Luke Milligan, 28, of Nobles Close, Oxford, admitted assault at Botley on April 1. Also admitted obstructing a constable. Ordered to pay £80 costs and ordered to attend a Community Domestic Violence Programme for 40 days.

Sam Whitehead, 29, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing clothing to the value of £78.98 from Sports Direct on November 11. Placed under curfew for nine weeks and ordered to pay £100 costs.

Gints Bumburs, 32, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on May 10. Banned for three years, fined £700 and ordered to pay £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Guramit Jouhal, 32, of Elsfield Way, Oxford, admitted sexually assaulting a female in Oxford on February 26. Fined £200, ordered to pay £65 costs, and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
