A 44-year-old man was today handed a five-year antisocial behaviour order after continuing to cause a nuisance in Temple Cowley.
Ian Joseph was given the order by Oxford Magistrates Court following an interim Asbo, which has been in place since March 2010.
The order stops Joseph being in the area around Crescent Hall and entering or trying to enter Temple Cowley Pools.
It also bans him from using threatening behaviour, using intimidating language, abusing or swearing at any person, making unsolicited sexual comments to women, either by spoken word or phone or email or in writing.
His previous Asbo expired in November 2008, but since its expiry he has continued to behave in a threatening and intimidating manner to people in various locations across the city.
