TWO men have appeared before magistrates in Oxford accused of raping a teenager in a Didcot park.
On Wednesday, Matus Fecko, 19, of Lydalls Road, Didcot, and Peter Stopko, 43, also of Lydalls Road, were charged with rape.
A third man, Marec Schwartz, 31, also of Lydalls Road, Didcot, is charged with attempted rape.
They are accused of attacking an 18-year-old woman in Manor Park, Didcot, in the early hours of Saturday.
During a hearing at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, the three men spoke only to confirm their names and addresses with the aid of an interpreter.
All three were remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on July 14. Magistrates turned down applications for bail from all three.
Police were called to the park at 1.20am on Saturday and the park was cordoned off. Forensics officers searched the area for evidence.
A spokesman for Thames Valley police said two other men, aged 20 and 21, were released without charge.
Police are still appealing for anyone with information to come forward as part of their investigation.
They are appealing for anyone who saw a woman sitting on a bench outside the Broadways Pub in Broadway just before midnight on Friday, or a group walking between there and Manor Park in Britwell Road.
