Thank heavens work is at long last finished on the Wolvercote viaduct. Of course, with a proper workforce labouring at weekends and overnight, it would have been completed months ago.
But my main concern is how ugly the steel and concrete barriers are over the railway tracks. No thought has been given to appearance.
