Sixteen children were hurt in a crash between a bus and a lorry on the A41 Bicester to Aylesbury road today.
A bus and a lorry collided at about 3.44pm near Kingswood, at the junction with Kingswood Lane.
The bus was carrying 29 children, aged between five and 11.
Police said one child was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for a check-up. Fifteen children were believed to have minor injuries and were assessed at the scene by paramedics and a doctor.
The air ambulance was also called to the scene.
After being checked over, many of the children left the scene with their parents.
The drivers of the lorry and the bus were uninjured.
The road remained open and traffic managed to move slowly past, however there were tailbacks.
