A woman had her bag containing a laptop stolen as she cycled in Oxford.
Shortly after 9am yesterday, the woman was cycling along St Cross Road, when a man cycled up behind her and stole her bag from the back of her bicycle.
The thief was white, aged in his twenties, slim, and was wearing dark clothing.
As he cycled off towards Hollywell Street he dropped the bag but retained the woman’s laptop.
