WHEN you start trying to unravel who should be held to account financially for the debacle over the TV antenna you get a lot of organisations pulling in a lot of taxpayer money yet with no responsibility to you, the badly affected viewer.
How can TV Licensing, for instance, take £3.5bn a year from viewers but brush them off if they can’t view what they are paying for?
The Government is responsible for the set-up we have, so it should refund the licence fee to affected viewers. Anything less would be little more than fraud.
