FORTY-FIVE coaches carrying 50 Us fans each have begun to leave the Kassam Stadium.
The car park at the Grenoble Road stadium has been filling up since just after 9am with fans keen to get a good spot and relax as much as possible before the big game.
The mood has been buoyant at the ground, with horns and singing already filling the air.
Friends Matthew Simms, eight, and Tyler Webb, seven, said they were nervous but excited.
Matthew is predicting a two-nil win to Oxford. He said: “I reckon Jack Midson will score but I don’t care if we win. This is the best day of my life.”
Keith and Trudy Dandridge, who are both in their 60s and from Sutton Courtenay, said the team owed them a win.
Mr Dandridge said: “We have been rained on, sleeted on, frozen, and near to death. Oxford owe us this. Come on Oxford.”
