A GROUP of women from Bicester will wear decorated T-shirts to walk 26.2 miles through the streets of the capital.
Sue Morley, 50, and her daughter Laura, 18, will join Carol Bucknell, 48, Lynn Wilson, 58, and daughter Liz, 29 – and thousands of other women at the Playtex London Moonwalk.
The walk begins at midnight on Saturday, and is in aid of the Walk the Walk campaign, which supports breast cancer charities.
Mrs Bucknell said: “The aim is to power walk a marathon through the streets of London at night. And in the spirit of raising awareness, we’ll be doing this with our bras on show – which we’ve been busy decorating.
“We have been inspired to take part in this event as we have all lost someone close to us.”
She added: “We’ve never done anything like this before so have been training hard.”
