A 16-year-old from East Oxford appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court on a murder charge this morning.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, stands accused of stabbing Blayne Ridgway, 22, in the city centre on Saturday.
He is now due to appear before a judge at Oxford Crown Court this afternoon.
