Neil Hutt, 40, of Colmore Lane, Kingwood, admitted drink driving in Henley Market Place on March 18. Namely having 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £800, costs of £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 18 months.
Abolfazl Kantanforoush, 40, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a wallet and watch valued at £51.50 from Marks and Spencer in Oxford on March 23. Given a three-month curfew.
John Jordan, 24, of New Dock Street, Llanelli, admitted four counts of making off without paying for petrol in Headington, Oxford, Kidlington and Cowley on February 3, 6 and 7, and failing to surrender to court bail on March 22. Given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, with a 12-month supervision requirement. Also given a 28-day curfew and told to pay £70 costs.
Sharlene Taylor, 20, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted shoplifting SMA milk and nappies from Boots in Oxford on February 12 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 12-month supervision order and 60 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £8 compensation and £40 costs.
Louis Withers, 21, of Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, admitted possession of one wrap of Class A drugs (heroin) and possession of 20 wraps of Class B drugs (cannabis) in Oxford on February 7. Given a drug-rehabilitation order for six months and told to pay £40 costs.
Gary Eggleton, 22, of Luker Avenue, Henley, admitted two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one of assault by beating in Henley on September 10. Jailed for 16 weeks due to alcohol-fuelled violence, serious injury and use of a weapon.
Patrick Smyth, 47, of Henley Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting food valued at £9.74 from Tesco in Cowley Road, Oxford, and racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words or writing on February 2. Given a 12-month supervision order and told to pay £75 compensation.
Anthony Wainwright, 54, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage to a toilet door at the Swan and Castle pub in Oxford on February 15. Fined £100, £300 compensation, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Richard McAllister, 60, of Glebelands, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Hollow Way, Oxford, on March 17. Namely having 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £170, £80 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 20 months.
Jamie Pagett, 26, of Lyford Close, Drayton, admitted criminal damage to a wall and window in Didcot on February 22. Given a community order with 12 months’ supervision. Charged £11.48 compensation and £40 costs.

Christopher Stowell, 36, of Orpwood Way, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Hanney Road, Steventon, on March 16. Namely having 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £70 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
Nicole Blackman, 18, of Stockey End, Abingdon, admitted theft by an employee of two DVDs valued at £12 from Tesco in Abingdon on December 7. Fined £70, costs of £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Michael Carty, 45, of Warborough Road, Shillingford, admitted shoplifting food and drink valued at £16.18 from Waitrose in Wallingford on December 17. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £5.69 compensation and £50 costs.
Michael Gardener, 20, of The Lees, Faringdon, admitted theft of a £60 battery from a motor vehicle in Faringdon on March 13. Fined £85, £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Also told to pay £50 compensation.
Melvin Lewis, 35, of Hawkins Way, Wootton, Abingdon, admitted theft of £72.80 of copper piping in West Hagbourne on February 10. Fined £80, £50 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also told to pay £50 compensation.
Kieran O’Connor, 22, of Magnat Close, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating in Abingdon on January 17. Given a 16-week curfew and told to pay £400 costs and £100 compensation.
Clifford Collett, 59, of Southmoor Way, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating and criminal damage to a mobile phone on February 14 in Abingdon. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Mohammed Hussain, 21, of Timothy Way, Oxford, admitted stopping in a pedestrian crossing controlled area in Iffley Road, Oxford, on September 17. Fined £65, £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Also given three penalty points.
Frances McDonagh, 23, of Trewlawny Avenue, Langley, admitted driving without due care and attention in Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, on July 6. Fined £150, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given six penalty points.
Betty Rutwaza, 31, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance on November 30 in Meadow Lane, Oxford. Fined £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.
Anjum Sanobar, 34, of Gandon Vale, High Wycombe, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance on September 16 on the M40 at Waterperry. Fined £300, £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.
