I would like thank John Angus and all his team for the way they organised and ran the Elton John concert on Saturday night.

It was a fantastic event, which was well organised and managed with much better than expected facilities on the night, from the food arrangements to the transport.

Elton was as superb as ever, which made the whole evening a great success.

From what I could see, it was enjoyed immensely by all.

We often suffer in Oxford with badly organised events and events that never even happen (remember the Bocelli fiasco), so it makes a really nice change to see something executed so well.

Once again, well done to all the organisers, staff and helpers for doing such a great job.
