CITY of Oxford won nine trophies over a hectic weekend of regattas.
In total, local clubs and schools claimed 15 titles, with City leading the way.
Their junior members won five awards at the Marlow Town Regatta, four in double sculls and one in a coxed four.
The more senior members of the City club were at Reading Regatta, where another four successes were achieved.
The women claimed the senior 3 eights and the elite coxless fours, while the men triumphed in the senior 2 quads and the senior 3 coxed fours.
Radley, St Edward's and Abingdon School managed two wins apiece.
Radley won the junior 16 eights at Reading, beating Abingdon in the final, as well as claiming the second eights class at Bedford Star.
St Edward's had a junior 16 coxed four at Bedford who did a double, winning both their junior 16 class and the older Senior 4 category.
Abingdon's successes came at Reading, where their first eight won the junior eights and lost in the final of the senior 1 eights to the men from Curlew. Abingdon also won the Junior Fours.
It really is all action again this weekend, with Henley Women's Regatta being held from today to Sunday.
Marlow Regatta is staged at Dorney tomorrow, and the second World Cup Regatta of the year started in Poland yesterday and runs through to Saturday.
