BRIAN Kealy, a long-standing parish councillor in Kidlington, has died aged 71.
Mr Kealy was one of the longest-serving parish councillors in Oxfordshire after being a member of Gosford and Water Eaton Parish Council for more than 30 years, being chairman for a number of years. He was also a representative on the Oxford Airport Consultative Committee. He was also a former chairman of the Kidlington Recreational Trust. His funeral takes place at St Mary's Church, Kidlington, at 2pm on Monday, May 15.
