It was a delight to see the Her Majesty the Queen in Oxford last week. It was fitting that Her Majesty presided over the official opening of the Castle Project. The redevelopment of the former prison site into a hotel, restaurants, flats and heritage centre is one of the finest developments to take place in the city in recent times.
