I refer to your story and picture about the No 16 bus in Oxford (Oxford Mail, May 3).
We on the Donnington estate are not happy with the changes that will take place when Stagecoach takes over the route on June 4.
We also have people on the estate, many elderly, who need the bus to get to the doctors at Donnington Health Centre, as well as people working in Cowley Centre.
Many of us also need the buses to run up and down Donnington Bridge Road, either to go shopping at Cowley Centre or in the city centre.
The way it is planned to run will not please anyone. Please review the routes and times of the buses.
We would also like to thank the Oxford Bus Company for their past service on the No 16 bus. We have had a great bunch of friendly drivers on the route.
