A motorcyclist needed hospital treatment following a collision with a van on Oxford's Botley Road this morning.
The accident happened shortly before 7.30am, a few yards before the bridge by Oxford Railway Station.
A fruit van approaching Frideswide Square was in collision with the motorbike travelling in the same direction.
A spokesman for Oxfordshire Ambulance Service said the motorcyclist was taken to hospital with injuries that were not serious. The van driver was shocked but not hurt.
The accident caused lengthy tailbacks on Botley Road for almost an hour and traffic was slow on other major routes across the city.
