Simon Pritchard ripped through Cumnor 2nd's batsmen as Didcot dealt out the pre-match leaders' first defeat of the season. The seamer's 5-28 in Cumnor's 173 all out gave Didcot a 66-run win. Andy Spindler (72), Andy Broughton (52) and Matt Frizzell (51no) all excelled in Didcot's 239-8, while Robert Shrimpton (4-40) and Julian Easterbrook (3-81) stemmed the flow.

Cumnor's loss meant Horspath went top with a seven-wicket win at Buckingham Town 2nd. Michael Taylor (87) and Nicholas Board (65) helped the hosts to 238-7, but Robbie Eason (68no), Alan Cawston (60no) and Dick Decaires (49) saw the visitors home.

Lee Beesley's 6-50 proved in vain for Long Marston, who lost to Brackley by 36 runs. Keith Cartwright's 101 was decisive as the visitors' were dismissed for 155 chasing 191.
