A man was due to appear before magistrates today accused of murdering a south Oxfordshire man and the sister of one of Britain's richest men, police said today.
Richard Flippance, 44, of Thame, was found dead alongside 41-year-old Fiona Marshall the sister of Carphone Warehouse tycoon David Ross after a blaze at her home in Brampton Ash, near Market Harborough, in the early hours of Sunday.
The relationship between the pair is not yet known.
Mrs Marshall's husband, 36-year-old Alex Marshall, has been charged with two counts of murder and will appear before magistrates in Kettering today.
