LOWLY Wallingford caused a big upset when they dented second-placed Cumnor' 2nd's promotion ambitions with a five-wicket victory. Warren Ainsworth (5-47) and Trevor Spindler (5-64) combined to bowl out Cumnor for 143. Mark Bowman then hit 48 as Wallingford climbed out of the bottom two by reaching 144-5

Horspath look set to make it back-to-back promotions, but they did not have things all their own way at home to Princes Risborough. Dave Linger (73) and Adam Morton (54) took the visitors to 94-0 before Dave Heritage's 4-28 reduced them to 202 all out. A fifth-wicket partnership between Will Eason (52) and Adrian Manger (40no) saw Horspath home.

Didcot beat Long Marston by six wickets to secure their sixth straight win and close in on the promotion places. Steve Richardson (5-63) and Richard Knight (4-34) were Didcot's destroyers as Marston were bowled out for 194. Mike Lyons top-scored with 52. Matt Jones (50) then ensured there were few alarms as the home side cruised home with more than 12 overs to spare.

Owen Dimbylow's 100 helped Challow & Childrey 2nd pull off a three-wicket win at home to Milton Keynes Park 2nd. Extras top-scored with 49 in Park's 199-9, which almost proved enough as Challow scraped together the winning runs from the penultimate delivery.
