Ben Tesoriero hit 56 then took 7-9 as Thame Town 2nd hammered Abingdon Vale 2nd to move within touching distance of Division 5. Vale's decision to field first backfired as hame, who included first-team skipper Rob Brooks and seamer Sam Lachlan, finished on 255-5. Paul Thomson (75no) ensured the innings ended with a flourish before Tesoriero devastatingly reduced Vale to 57 all out.

Jim Blackford took 5-41 off 25 overs in Kidlington 2nd's eight-wicket home win over Sandford St Martin 2nd. Gary Breen (51) helped Sandford to 161-9, a total which was put into
perspective by Leighton James (80) and Andy Oliver (59).

Oxford 3rd eased their relegation fears after coming out on top of a low-scoring affair at home to Bledlow Ridge 2nd. Oxford's only two previous wins had both been over bottom club Kimble 2nd, so they were relieved when they overcame Ridge's136 all out. Athough Oxford lost five wickets in reply, they held their nerve.

Kimble 2nd were unable to raise a side for the second week running, so conceded their scheduled home match with Wolverton Town 2nd.

Great & Little Tew 2nd edged out Banbury 3rd with one ball to spare. Banbury made 254-9, but Tew rallied and 15-year-old Alex Kelly took them to 255-8.
