Spurs keeper Matty Milton made two fine saves to deny Oxford, then Ian Jones headed over the bar.
Spurs went further in front when Andy Robey scored from close range, then the same player made it 3-0 with a strike from 18 yards.
Robey completed his hat-trick in the second half, before Gareth Furey made it 5-0 from the penalty spot.
Oxford got a late consolation.
It was a good day for UTV League sides with Dorchester United leading the way with an 8-1 triumph over KEA.
