South West 1: Chinnor's 42-0 home win over Clevedon gave them top spot and the highest league position in their history.
Fly half Richard Williams opened the scoring with a third-minute penalty, before full back Matt Buckley added their first try.
Williams converted, but was off target when winger Eric Brown scored the first of his two tries after a simple passing movement.
Rapid acceleration, followed by a dummy and step inside gave centre Darren Oxley a converted score.
Referee Stephen Penfold missed Williams's knock on as Brown crossed for a fourth try and 29-0 at the break.
Clevedon camped in Chinnor's half for the next 20 minutes and deserved to score after a series of punishing scrums, but home winger Lloyd Hoogstander sprinted away with the ball.
Williams added another penalty and danced through Clevedon's blindside following Morgan Thompson's scoop pass to score a converted try.
Thompson added a sixth score late on for 42-0, while No 8 Paul Hennessy pipped Williams to the man-of-the-match award.
Oxford Harlequins made it two league wins from three with a 24-15 victory over Reading Abbey.
Abbey fly half Brodie gave them the lead with a third-minute penalty.
On 20 minutes Quins skipper Andy Noyce scored a long-range try after centre Andy Henley's scything run.
Noyce's conversion made it 7-3, but Abbey hit back with two tries and a conversion to lead 15-7 at the break.
By the 45th minute, two Noyce penalties had reduced the gap to 15-13, but it was another half hour before Quins sealed the match.
First, No 8 Will Dixon finished off a fine move for Quins' second try.
Then on 77 minutes Henley intercepted a loose Abbey pass, brilliantly bringing controlling the ball to sweep under the posts for a super try, which Noyce converted.
