OXFORD Harlequins have rung the changes as they prepare to face unbeaten Reading Abbey in Powergen South West 1 at Horspath Road tomorrow (3pm).
Most significantly they are set to field a new halfback pairing following last week's 32-7 defeat at Oxfordshire rivals Chinnor.
Scotland Under 19 cap Alan Edington starts at scrum half, with Owen Gustafson moving from that spot to fly half.
Charlie Mason makes his debut at lock to partner Louis Eggar, while Paul DeLange returns at tight-head prop, and skipper Andy Noyce switches to the wing.
Loose-head prop Joe Winpenny is back for Chinnor as they seek to make it three wins out of three when they face Clevedon at Kingsey Lane.
Winpenny, who was unavailable for last week's 32-7 win over Oxford Harlequins, returns in place of veteran Simon Matthews.
Young winger Jamie Hitchcock has won a place on the bench after scoring a hat-trick of tries on his last appearance for the 2nd XV.
Henry Lee has his first call-up to the first team as front row replacement, while Ed Rixon's good early season form is also recognised with a replacement's berth.
While Chinnor can boast a 100 per cent record this term, Clevedon have lost both their games.
Flanker Anthony Nightingale is ruled out as Bicester looking to stretch their advantage at the top of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon League Premier Division when they host derby rivals Gosford All Blacks.
Nightingale suffered concussion and had to go off at half-time during last weekend's 31-12 victory at Farnham Royal, and his place goes to Christian Wright.
Hooker Martin Ewins is unavailable, and so Steve Barnes takes over in the front row.
Gosford make seven changes from the side which won 12-6 at Drifters last week.
A change in the halfback partnership sees Andy Shepherd and Matt Glitheroe coming into the side.
Adam Rudge and Carl Hayes return in the second row, while centre Matt Self and fullback Fran Heybrooke are back from injury.
Tommy Newell is selected on the wing, but South African forward Rhett Butler is unavailable due to work commitments.
Oxford University are expecting a tough test as they face Kanton Gakuin University at Iffley Road.
The Tokyo tourists recently beat Cambridge University 21-17 during the Light Blues tour of Japan.
