More than 230 regulars at a Didcot pub have signed a petition to reinstate the landlords.
Customers at the Prince of Wales in Station Road also want assurances the pub will remain open.
Brewery Greene King served notice on tenants Don Laight and Julie Pye earlier this month and will replace them with its own managers.
But drinkers at the pub in Station Road fear closure plans could follow.
The petition was organised by Prince of Wales customer Ray Boucher, of Haydon Road.
On Friday, the brewery called time on the neighbouring Great Western Junction, sparking fears of redevelopment plans.
Last year, Greene King tabled plans to demolish both The Great Western Junction and the Prince of Wales to make way for 94 flats and a modern wine bar. Those plans were withdrawn in March.
The brewery said the Prince of Wales would remain open and be operated as a managed pub.
