I have just spent time in the Manor Hospital at Headington, Oxford, having a knee replacement operation through the NHS.
The treatment I received was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They even arranged for me to attend my grandson's wedding, supplying a nurse to accompany me.
Before I was discharged, they made sure I had someone to look after me if needed. Since my discharge, they have telephoned me to make sure I was all right.
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Manor Hospital (Acland Ward). I could have not asked for better treatment or consideration. Mary Hesmer, Crutch Furlong, Berinsfield
