A DORCHESTER woman who claims she was worked too hard by the Inland Revenue is claiming damages of more than £50,000.
Hilda Barber, of Bridge End, Dorchester, has served a High Court writ and is claiming compensation for personal injury.
She claims to have been given a workload that was either excessive or unreasonable, or both, between 1993 and 1995.
She also accuses the Inland Revenue of negligence or breach of contract, or both.
The amount of damages claimed is not expected to be more than £100,000.
She declined to comment on her claim. No-one was available at the Inland Revenue.
