OXON: Social security offices will in future be cleaned by ISS Cleaning Services, a subsidiary of a Scandinavian group, as part of a £44m contract with 500 Department of Social Security sites. The DSS has sold its entire £400m property portfolio as part of a Private Finance Initiative.
