A mentally ill man who was questioned by police after a sledgehammer attack on an industrial estate has been released without charge.
The man was questioned after four vehicles, along with office windows on the Hithercroft Industrial Estate in Wallingford, were badly damaged in the incident.
He was being taken to the Hithercroft Workshop for people with learning disabilities on the estate when the attack happened at lunchtime on Tuesday (June 10).
The workshop is run by the Wallingford-based Sinodun Centre, which is under the control of Oxfordshire social ser- vices.
A spokesman for social services said: "He is now back with carers in accomodation supported through the social services.
