A TEENAGER had to be cut free by firemen after getting his foot stuck in a make-shift bridge made out of railway sleepers.
The 13-year-old boy was trapped for about 20 minutes after trying to walk over the bridge in a field near Partridge Place, Kidlington, at about 6.20pm yesterday.
Wooden railway sleepers had been used to make a bridge over a ditch in the field.
Firemen cut away a section of one of the sleepers to free the boy. He also received treatment for minor leg injuries before being taken home.
