MALCOLM Shotton plans to utilise his full squad as he did in the 3-0 win over Yeovil on Tuesday for United's visit to FA Vase winners and Western League champions Tiverton Town tonight.

"Everybody will play in the games down here," said United's boss.

"The exercise is to get people into game situations. I have not brought 18 or 19 down to sit half a dozen on the sidelines. Everyone will play and get a taste of things to come."

Shotton was encouraged by the convincing victory over Yeovil, but at the same time he wasn't attaching any great significance to the scoreline.

"It is not as important as people make out," he said. "The main thing was that it was the first 90 minutes, but I am obviously delighted to get the win and keep a clean sheet and create a good number of chances.

"The lads did well and worked hard. It was a good all-round performance."

Tiverton include much-travelled defender Noel Blake and the ex-Wolves and Aston Villa midfielder Paul Birch.

Oxford Utd: from Whitehead, Jackson, Marsh, Davis, Robinson, Whelan, Beauchamp, Cook, Gray, Hill, Murphy, Powell, Windass, Thomson, Banger, Weatherstone, Rose, Folland.
