OXFORDSHIRE"S cricketers bid to make it to Lord's for the first time when they take on Shropshire in the semi-final of the MCC Trophy at Challow tomorrow (11).
But there are doubts over the fitness of two players.
Rover Cowley all-rounder Graham Savin damaged a buttock fielding in the Championship draw with Devon at Thame on Monday.
He is expected to be fit, but there are serious concerns over Oxford Downs' Luke List (back), who played an important part with both bat and ball in the quarter-final victory over Norfolk.
"We'll pick from 12 when we have seen the wicket and assessed the fitness of certain individuals," said team manager Alan Crossley.
Bicester and North spinner Arwyn Jones is definitely out as he has a rehearsal for his forthcoming wedding.
But Oxon will be boosted by the return of Rover batsman Stewart Laudat and Bicester wicket-keeper Ian Hawtin, both of whom missed the Devon game.
Devon, meanwhile, are in the other semi-final against Surrey.
