SUPER-FIT Toni Hollis retained her European women's powerlifting title - and set a world record into the bargain.
Mother-of-two Toni, from Yarnton, struck gold four times in all at the championships held over four days in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
Competing in the 60-kilo class, she lifted 157k in the squat, 92k in the benchpress and 152k deadlift for a combined total of 402k.
The benchpress was a new world record, shattering the old mark of 87k.
Toni's feats earned her another trophy as the champion of champions.
Next on the agenda for Toni, who works as assistant catering manager at Debenhams in Oxford, are the world championships in Argentina in October.
