Cycling around Cuba for charity might sound suitable for someone with time on their hands - but Sue Greenleaves is squeezing it in between running a thriving business and having two children.
Sue has met Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson, Madonna, Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg through her job.
And as well as running a bustling film agency in Thame she has two young children and a happy relationship.
So how does she manage it? "It's a big juggling act," she said. "I'm a firm believer in taking life as it comes and keeping it as stress-free as possible.
"The secret is a great nanny and when I'm with my children they get the best of me. My partner works from home so it's a very stable environment."
The 38-year-old left London five years ago when Nathan was two. Having loved living and working in the capital she decided she could not bring up her children there.
"I suddenly saw it through a mother's eyes. Dirt, noise, pollution, dog mess on the pavement. But I loved my job so I had to persuade my bosses to let me run a satellite office." They weren't keen at first but soon saw that she was more than capable. Sue hasn't always been in the film industry. She started off as a nurse working in Third World countries.
"I wanted to see the world and look after people so it was ideal." She worked her way around Africa, finally taking up a research post in Swaziland, looking into deafness.
But after several years she decided to come home and start a new career.
"I couldn't face the NHS so I decided to do something completely different," she said.
Having met her partner of the past 12 years, composer Roger Jackson, she became an agent. She has everyone from technicians to make-up artists on her books and her job is to find them work in the movies.
So how did she find the time to plan the cycle ride? "A friend told me about it and it sounded like a great adventure. I want to go out and do something on my own," she explained.
So in October she will be joining nearly 100 other cyclists for the trip from Havana to Trinidad in Cuba.
Sue will be raising money for the National Deaf Children's Society and has already collected £3,500 in sponsorship.
