Fears were growing today for the safety of a teenage boy who has run away from home.
Dean Taylor, 15, went missing from home in the Headington area of Oxford on Monday. He was wearing only a T-shirt and shorts and had no money.
Police say he has run away from home before and may be sleeping rough in Oxford.
Police spokesman Duncan McGraw said: "We are extremely concerned for the safety of this boy. The streets are no place for someone of his age. We would urge anyone who has seen someone fitting his description to call the police."
Dean is 5ft 8in tall and of stocky build. He has brown hair and eyes and a scar on his left wrist. He was wearing a bright green, V-necked T-shirt, with a blue collar, Reebok shorts and black sandals.
Anyone with information should call police on 01865 266333.
