Drowned teenager Glen McCulloch's family is appealing for the return of his stolen bike.
The 16-year-old's heartbroken parents, of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, desperately want the purple Raleigh mountain bike back.
It was stolen about four days before Glen's death on Tuesday. The bike had a gear shift grip missing on one side.
Coroner's officer Pc Paul Faulkner said: "His dad hates the thought of somebody else on the estate running around on his bike. There will be no questions asked."
An inquest was opened and adjourned yesterday. Glen died while swimming in the River Thames. Police can be contacted on 01865 266333.
