Angry commuter Elaine Young has bitterly criticised Chiltern Railways for making her life a misery.
Mrs Young, 39, of Winchelsea Close, Banbury, is so incensed with the service to and from London that she has written to Chiltern's managing director Adrian Shooter.
And she has sent a copy to Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott, who is also the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
Her complaints include trains constantly delayed by up to an hour.
She has also been frustrated by unscheduled stops and buses replacing trains because of track work which should have been completed weeks ago.
"Virtually every morning and evening the 7.23am and 6pm are late arriving," said Mrs Young, a training officer for St John Ambulance.
"I changed from using my car to the train last year - a decision I now regret. The inefficiency is making my life a misery."
Chiltern spokesman Jacqui Delbaere said: "We acknowledge there have been problems and we are doing everything in our power to recompense our passengers."
