The number of people arrested as bailiffs clear the old LMS railway building in Oxford rose to 13 today - with three anti-roads protesters still holding out in tunnels.

As the huge operation began to scale down, it emerged that the building - which will be dismantled and moved to a railway centre in Buckinghamshire - had been slightly damaged.

High security fences have now sealed the area off.
