A DIY fan had to be rescued from his roof by a fire crew after suffering a panic attack.
The 54-year-old man was working on his roof in High Furlong, Banbury, when he was struck by panic on Saturday.
A fire crew was called and officers helped coax the man down their ladder. Paramedics, who also attended, treated him for shock.
An ambulance spokesman said: "Incidents like these are not unusual. Sometimes people climb on to their roofs and they don't realise how high they are."
