The £1.5m Oxford Rail station facelift has been completed.
During more than seven months of work by Railtrack, the station forecourt has been redeveloped, providing a new bus and taxi interchange, and cycle parking has been improved.
A new car park has also been built in Becket Street, providing 440 spaces, along with a new pedestrian bridge across Botley Road to the station.
David Granville, Railtrack's account executive, said: "We feel these improvements bring major benefits to the travelling public who use this world famous city.
"As well as celebrating the completion of the work, we want to thank the thousands of people who use Oxford station for their co-operation and understanding while the work was being done."
