The estranged husband of Anne Diamond has split from his new girlfriend after a violent row.
Yesterday the Oxford Mail revealed how, sporting a black eye, Mike Hollingsworth, 52, went to Reading Police Station with his new partner Harriet Scott, 26, to report an 'altercation'.
But he was arrested for refusing a breath test after driving to the police station.
He had been staying at a hotel since leaving Anne and their four boys at their £1.5m home in Cuddesdon, near Wheatley.
The officer there claimed to smell alcohol on his breath but Mr Hollingsworth allegedly refused to give a breath specimen. It was today revealed that Mr Hollingsworth and Ms Scott, whom he had been dating for three months, had parted after a violent public row.
Ms Scott, a Virgin Radio DJ, is no longer using Mr Hollingsworth as her agent and has switched to PR guru Matthew Freud.
Mr Hollingsworth was in a cell overnight before being charged and released the next morning.
