Southeast England will be mainly dry but cold with a slight frost developing where the cloud breaks for any length of time. Wales and the rest of England will be dry and chilly at first, but cloud and rain will spread slowly from the north-west after midnight. Tomorrow The Midlands and south-west England will have rain for much of the morning, but it will clear up during the afternoon. East Anglia and southeast England will start dry and cold, but it will soon become overcast with rain moving in from the west and then lasting until evening. Outlook Bright and breezy with sunny spells and showers.
